Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to MPV Holiday ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our private car charter services with driver, custom Bandung tour packages, and the official digital payment portal hosted on mpvholiday.com.

By placing a booking reservation and making a payment (either deposit or full payment), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms:

1. General Provisions & Service Scope

• MPV Holiday is a premier tourism transportation and private car charter provider based in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.
• Our services include private, air-conditioned vehicles (Toyota Innova Reborn, Toyota Hiace Commuter, Toyota Hiace Premio, Daihatsu Sigra / Calya, Avanza) driven by experienced, polite, and English-speaking drivers.
• We do not offer self-drive rentals without a driver, ensuring maximum road safety, optimal route management, and stress-free mountain driving for all travellers.

2. Booking, Digital Invoice & Payment Process

• Consultation & Itinerary Agreement: Tour itineraries, dates, passenger count, and vehicle choices are customized and agreed upon with our customer service team via WhatsApp or email.
• Official Digital Invoicing: Once finalized, we issue a secure digital invoice hosted at mpvholiday.com/payment/invoice/ containing complete trip details, breakdown, and instant payment access.
• Down Payment (Deposit): To lock in vehicle availability and assign a dedicated private driver for your requested dates, a deposit of 30% to 50% of the total booking value is required upon receiving the invoice.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance may be paid online via the same invoice link prior to the tour date or settled directly with our representative upon pickup.
• Licensed Payment Gateway (Midtrans): All online payments are handled securely through our licensed payment partner, Midtrans (licensed by Bank Indonesia). We accept Indonesian QRIS (GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, DANA), major Virtual Accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), and 3D-Secure Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex).

3. Operating Hours & Service Coverage

• Daily Usage Allowance: Standard full-day car hire covers up to 12 to 14 consecutive hours per day (starting from the agreed morning pickup time, ending no later than 22:00 WIB to ensure driver alertness and passenger safety).
• All-In Inclusions: Unless otherwise specified, our All-In packages include car rental, driver service, fuel (petrol), highway tolls, and driver meals for Bandung routes (Bandung City, Lembang / North Bandung, Ciwidey / South Bandung).
• Overtime Policy: Usage extending beyond 14 hours or past 22:00 WIB is subject to a standard overtime fee of IDR 50,000 to IDR 75,000 per hour, payable directly to the driver.
• Out-of-Town Travel: Travel beyond Greater Bandung (such as Jakarta, Soekarno-Hatta Airport transfers, Puncak, Garut, or Cirebon) must be agreed upon in advance, as specialized out-of-town rates apply.

4. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content published on this website—including the MPV Holiday logo, branding, texts, photography, itineraries, and digital invoice system—is the intellectual property of MPV Holiday and protected under Indonesian copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Personal details provided during booking (full name, phone number, email address, flight or train arrival details) are utilized solely for transportation logistics and invoice administration. We do not sell, rent, or disclose personal data to third parties, except as required to execute secure payment transactions via Midtrans.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Detailed rules governing trip cancellations, schedule modifications, and deposit refunds are outlined in our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

• MPV Holiday is not liable for itinerary disruptions, flight misses, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including severe traffic congestion due to major highway repairs, extreme weather, volcanic advisories, natural disasters, or temporary attraction closures by government authorities.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While our drivers maintain vehicle security and cleanliness, MPV Holiday cannot be held accountable for valuables left unattended inside vehicles.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through amicable and good-faith negotiations.
